Why FindHomeFit Exists

The short version: Scott Muangsrichan built FindHomeFit because his girlfriend kept asking the same question during every house hunt — "How close is it to a hospital?" — and no existing tool gave a real answer.

The question that started it

Every time Scott pulled up a Zillow listing, his girlfriend would ask: "How far is the nearest hospital?"

Not distance. Not "there's one somewhere nearby." Actual drive time. The number that matters when your kid has a 103° fever at 2 a.m.

No real estate platform answered that question. Google Maps could answer it for one hospital at a time — but comparing drive times across 10 houses and 30 hospitals meant hours of manual work.

So Scott built a tool that does it in seconds.

The requirements grew

His girlfriend added two more requirements: schools and grocery stores.

The logic was simple: hospitals for emergencies, schools for daily life, grocery stores for the nightly "we forgot milk" run. If a house failed any of these three, it wasn't the right house.

FindHomeFit checks them in that order — hospitals first, then schools, then groceries. The hospital search is live. Schools and grocery are on the way.

What this means for you

FindHomeFit isn't a startup trying to disrupt real estate. It's a tool built to answer one family's real question, opened up to anyone asking the same thing.

If you're buying a home and your spouse keeps asking "how far is the hospital," you're the person this was built for.
