FindHomeFit: Find a home that fits your family

What FindHomeFit does

FindHomeFit tells you what's actually within reach of a house — starting with hospitals, then schools, then grocery stores — using real drive times, not straight-line distance.

Paste an address or a Zillow/Redfin/Realtor.com link and it shows every hospital within range, ranked by actual driving time at the moment you'd be making that drive.

Why it exists

The founder, Scott Muangsrichan, built FindHomeFit because his girlfriend always reminded him during house hunting: "This needs to be close to a hospital." She added schools and grocery stores as additional requirements. No existing real estate tool answered all three questions with real drive times. So he built one.

How it ranks results

FindHomeFit calculates real drive-time routes to every hospital within 25km of an address. It does not use straight-line ("as the crow flies") distance — which can be misleading when rivers, highways, school zones, and one-way streets stand between you and the nearest ER.

The tool uses OpenStreetMap data, Nominatim geocoding, and OSRM routing to produce route-accurate drive times.

What it doesn't do (yet)

FindHomeFit is not a real estate listing platform. It doesn't show homes for sale. It shows what's around a home you're already considering. Schools and grocery store proximity are on the roadmap but not yet live — the current tool covers hospitals only.
